I was worried that the lavender scent would be too strong, but it’s very subtle. Also, they seem slightly less expensive than the same strips WITHOUT the scent on them, so for me, it’s a great deal.

One thing I wonder though: why do the strips come in 26 piece boxes and not 30? I’ve been using them for years, and won’t be stopping anytime soon due to my collapsed nasal passages, but really? Why ARE they not sold in a month’s supply?

A work colleague suggested that I try breathing strips when I mentioned problems waking multiple times during the night. He gave me one to try and I could not believe how much my breathing improved. I had gotten so used to nasal congestion, especially at night, that this was a welcome relief. Occasionally I will mist the pillows and sheets with a lavender spray to help relax and fall asleep, so I decided to try the lavender strips. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering and helps me drift to a relaxed sleep.

I have used Nasal strips for years, I just discovered these lavender ones a few months ago. I always get congested at night and these strips help a ton and the smell is actually very comforting. If you use the normal strips, upgrade to these lavender ones and you won’t regret it! I actually keep mine on subscription so I never run out.

I was skeptical about a how a silly piece of tape on your nose could possibly accomplish anything. Perhaps a placebo effect, I thought.

Thankfully, I was wrong. I wear a nasal mask for a CPAP machine, an my challenge is nasal congestion. If I can’t breathe through my nose, I can’t tolerate the mask. I’ve tried Netipot and Afrin (don’t ever try Afrin) with mixed success.

These strips are awesome. Basically, it’s like a spring taped to your nose. The strip springs back towards it’s original straightened configuration, exerting outwards pressure on the sides of your nostrils. The end result is nothing short of amazing! Right off the bat, I was able to breathe SO much easier through my nostrils. I’m told that some people with mild sleep apnea can get away with just using these alone.

Be sure to clean the outside of your nose with soap and water prior to application, so the strip will adhere properly.

    Highly recommended!
