Jennifer Zachary – :
I’ve had plantar fasciitis for almost two years and nothing has felt as good as rolling this ball on my feet and heels. I even tucked it into my sock while I took a nap when I had a particularly painful foot day and it stayed cold until I woke up! I definitely want to buy another one so I can lay them on the floor and roll both feet at the same time. Also think it would work well for the face as opposed to those silly jade rollers.
Wade – :
My son played 3 basketball games in a tournament and the roller ball was kept in our cooler with some ice packs and after each game we had to roll his calves out and it made a world of difference! Great product and would buy again if we need another!
Rachel Calvert – :
This is a great massager/cold therapy tool in one. I bought it for my husband who is an avid soccer player and is constantly injuring his back, legs, shoulders, etc. This is great because it stays cold for a long time and it’s easy to hold. I’ve used it to work out kinks in his back and it’s been really useful.
Naomi – :
wish i thought of this idea, the ball roller works great. does get warm quick, but i have high body temp. and i do like the idea of not getting all wet from regular ice packs that are homemade.
Awakened – :
Very good product. I tore my calf muscle really bad. After swelling went down I had a lot of muscle pain. The roller help massage the muscle and move the blood around the muscle. I liked controlling the pressure on the muscle in different areas and being able to press harder as the process moved forward. I could feel the stiffness leaving daily with my routine therapy. Highly recommended. Thanks!
Roxanne Darling – :
So far this roller ball has been great. The ball naturally stays pretty cool so I haven’t even put it in the freezer yet! Works great on my legs, shoulders, and neck! Highly recommend this for anyone trying to get rid of muscle soreness!
D. Thomas – :
Everyone in my family loves this! Even sent one to my college athlete. Stays very cold. My son in college doesn’t put it in the fridge but it’s still cold and does the job! Easy to hold on your hand. Ball glides around easily. Great value!
Andrea Kettenhofen – :
I just got a massage and my therapist had one of these. He worked my tennis elbow pretty hard so just grabbed this little gem and iced it for me while we finished up. LOVE the fact that you don’t have ice dripping and/or it’s too cold to hold. I had never seen anything like this. SUPER impressed and so easy.
Mel – :
The massage ball appears to be well made. My wife and I use it extensively on our back, neck, thigh, and butt muscles. This thing works extremely well to loosen muscles, fiberous tissue with little effort. Room or frozen temperature is good depending on your preferences.
Rachel K. – :
The roller ball fits perfectly in my palm, and having the ability to apply the necessary pressure to relieve muscle tension and soreness after my marathon tennis sessions is a dream. I have always found it hard to target specific areas after the knots form (particularly in the neck and shoulders), but this roller is a wonderful tool to have in my arsenal, post workout.
Alison – :
Love this cold massage roller. I had knee surgery six weeks ago and my physical therapist introduced it to me a couple weeks ago. I liked it a lot so I ordered my own. There are less expensive ones but I went with this brand because it’s the exact one my PT had. It stays cold for quite awhile and the massaging action along with the cold makes my knee feel so much better. I also can massage my scars too, which was recommended by my surgeon to do to break up scar tissue. Great product I highly recommend.
Constance N. – :
This roller is amazing!! I use it every night! I start taking some intense work out classes and had been struggling with shin splints and just general lower leg soreness. The cold plus the ease of use has really made a difference. It also stays cold for quite awhile which is really nice, most products warm up fairly quickly.
Dustin E – :
I’ve had a torn calf muscle in the past and my pump bump kills me every now and then. This little ball helps relieve all the aches and pains through home therapy, massage, rest, stretching and use of NSAIDS. Great affordable easy to use therapeutic tool. Highly recommended.
Roger Thompson – :
I love it! Can be used multiple ways. If you are really lucky someone will use it on you but I found that it is easy to use by yourself. I have been able to hit the spot on my neck that always gives me trouble. My favorite is to put it on the floor & use it to massage my feet. Being on my feet all day it’s great to come home & use the roller. I haven’t used it cold yet. Highly recommended & would buy again!
Derek L. – :
You are better off using ice cubes in a bag or buying a mold that make large round ice cubes.
Jody – :
Bought this for my husband who was in a car accident and is having lasting pain from his injuries. Someone told him to sit on/roll a tennis ball on his back/leg/…to relieve pain which was kind of working but I found this and gave it to him for Christmas and he says it works great! He uses it after standing or working for a long time and says it helps to relieve some of the pain!
Dr Karen – :
If you need to ice frequently – or even infrequently – this little item is amazing. The metal ball stays cold for quite a while, and the way it glides along the skin makes it so easy and comfortable to use. The plastic handle is easy to grasp. And unlike traditional icing, this doesn’t leak water or gel.
John Ray Palmer – :
I’m using this for plantar fascitis and it’s working great. Easy to use and clean–no leaky ice things! After cooling it in the freezer, I can put it on the floor while I’m sitting and just mindlessly roll my foot on it while doing other things. It has a rubbery patch on the bottom that somewhat holds it in place. That patch could be thicker and grip better, but otherwise this is doing the trick for icing my heel and arch.
Jacob A. Thompson – :
I wasn’t sure if this would be another gimmicky item but I’m liking it. I like that there is a flat side to it so I can lean against the wall as I try to roll out my back or shoulders. It’s helped me feel better the next day after a tough crossfit workout.
Shannon L Handwerger – :
Helps with my leg muscle spasms and my wife’s neck and shoulder pain. Not as heavy as I thought it would be but seams well build.
C. McCullers – :
i recently had my knee replaced and while everything is healing great – this product is able to be rolled over my knee for more immediate relief. Sometimes I overdo it on my knee and ice packs did not help with the curves of my knees! this product does!! thank you!!
Siddharth Ganu – :
Simple design, works well. Cold last long enough to do what it is meant for. Small enough to easily hold while using so far it’s been great. Only used one time but appears well made so I expect it to last a while 😊
Danielle Sanchez – :
My physical therapist uses this so I decided to purchase one and wish I would have had one sooner. So easy to use wherever you need to use it. I primarily use it for ankle/foot tendinitis and it’s so perfect for that due to the curve. It stays cold for a very long time. Be careful to not burn yourself with it.
beth schneider – :
I loved this more than I thought I would. Not only has my niece used it to roll out her legs after high school athletics, my son has used it on his after long baseball tournaments and I use it nightly on my feet to roll out the bottoms of my feet from standing the majority of the day…so glad I purchased it.
ara J Holland – :
This product is amazing! I am a licensed massage therapist and love this product. I purchased my first several months for personal headache relief. I have now purchased three for use with clients. I use a small cloth between my clients and the roller ball. The steel ball is easy to clean and the plastic base is easy to grip. I find It particularly effective in numbing painful areas in the neck to allow the area to be worked. Several clients have asked for ordering information.
Bridger – :
I ordered two of these about 2 months ago and have sparingly used one. I like it but the ball falls out of the receptacle. The ball itself is quite heavy and you wouldn’t want it to fall on a foot or anything breakable. Unfortunately, I am out of the 30 day return period or I would return both of them.
Andrew D Haig – :
This is very useful for sore tendons and little tight spots in muscles. I used to just massage the spot with an ice cube, but that is messy. This is more convenient to use.
roped – :
Takes foam rolling to another level by also offering coolness to ease pain or soreness. Great to use for lower legs and also shoulders / neck. Note it doesn’t actually stay cold for 6 hours (closer to 20-30 min), so just take advantage of the value pack offers (to buy multiple) if you’re trying to apply to multiple areas in one sitting.
E. CARLSON – :
This roller is ice cold and feels amazing everywhere you use it. You can warm it up easily also but the cold steel feels great on sore muscle areas. It’s light weight and versatile to take with you anywhere.
Carolyn Brahier – :
I am recently recovering from total knee replacement and have a few areas of the knee that were stiff and taking a while to work out. I started using the cold massage roller ball and am finding that these areas of concern are doing much better. I also like that the roller ball stays cold enough for the treatment period. I use it several times a day and I am happy with the product.
K. Gibbs – :
Awesome roller, will definitely get a couple more to keep them cold, bought it for me since I am landscaping outside all summer, but my wife loves it so it is never cold for me. Customer service is top notch, received an email asking if all was well with the roller.
Pretty in Pinup – :
This item is awesome, for now I don’t have to use homemade leaky icebags to ice my elbow. This item is convenient–throw it in the freezer (it takes up very ittle space) and it’s effectively cold rapidly. I like the fact I can use it & I don’t get cold water (either from melting ice or condensation) running across my skin. Also, great for facial treatments (therapeutic or injury). I can’t imaging NOT having this item. Excellent price. Well made!
Ryan Mahoney – :
I have had a severe case of tendonitis in both my shoulders and biceps. After using the product for the last three days, my pain has become tolerable and I no longer fear taking off jackets and shirts. It stays cold for well over an hour more importantly I don’t have to worry about cleaning up water that has dripped everywhere.
I highly recommend the roller ball to anyone who has muscle issues.
ZeLa02 – :
After looking at various products, some more expensive and some less, a decided on this one the Professional Rehab and so far, I am very happy with it.
It rolls smoothly and seems to hold the cold for a decent amount of time. Also like the storage bag they provide.
I went for a 12 mile bicycle ride this morning and pulled it out of the freezer and used it on my tendinitis in my arm on the way to work and at the office. If definitely helps give some instant relief.
Brian Brown – :
I have been using it for icing and massaging my shin splints. It’s great to not have melting ice and the hassle of filling Dixie cups and spilling them in the freezer. Two issues with it are leg hair does get caught while rolling to massage and sometimes the ball does not easily rotate. With that said, I would still recommend.
Steph Krauchunas – :
Love my cold roller. Came with a convenient travel pouch and stays true 6-8 hours cold. Highly recommend it to any of those who train or who are athletes for great recovery.
Eddie S – :
This roller is perfect!! Not to big, gets right to the source of the pain!! I only put it down to get it back in the freezer to keep it cold!! Great product!!
Megan Schossow – :
I love these roller balls. I use them for facials to alleviate puffiness. Also in massage! I even bought some for my friends for Christmas presents! Thanks for a great product.
Zumi – :
This thing works great on my tennis elbow, really helps pinpoint the area that needs iced down.
Eva – :
This is the best after a long grueling work out. I use it on my calves and shoulders almost every night.
juan d henao – :
This product is the perfect size and it feels amazing. I got it for my mom that just has hand surgery and she loves it. But I used it for my neck and it rolls so smoothly. Great product.
Jameson – :
It stayed cold for 5 minutes.
John – :
I just received my roller and its honestly my favorite thing to use when I come back from the gym. I keep it in my freezer and every day I use it all over my body. It just helps with all my knots. It was worth the buy. I think that if they had larger sizes I would most likely buy more of these.
Jason1356 – :
This little ball is neat, and works really well! Especially when is kept cold!
Greg – :
My wife has tendonitis in her elbow and I have knee pain – this helps both of us take the edge off of our complaints – and it takes up little to no room in the freezer. The big problem is remembering to put it back after one of our treatment sessions –
Chris – :
My chiropractor used one of these roller balls on me and I knew I had to get one. The combo roller and cold feels great on my tennis elbow
Russell A Smith – :
This little thing is pretty awesome! I use it for site and tight muscles on my neck and back. Works even better when someone does it on you.
Joan Stomatuk – :
I like that I can put the roller right where the pain is at. It stays cold for a significant amount of time too. We keep it in the freezer so we have it when we need it!
Graham Zylstra – :
I’ve had an ongoing Plantar Fasciitis issue. I was able to put the roller ball on the floor and roll my heal and arch on it. This allowed me to use as much pressure as I needed in the sore areas. Great tool!
Moor James – :
Excellent product! I was dealing with shin splints for about a month and this device definitely reduces discomfort
Dog Mom of 2 – :
I like the fact that it is cold but it needs to be a little larger so it doesn’t topple over easily.
tkb77 – :
Brought relief and was very easy to use. Fits in your hand and allows you to get instant relief through massage, with added benefit of icing that help to combat inflammation and reduce swelling. Highly, recommended.

This was a game changer for me. Easy to use, allows you to add pressure while icing the injured spot.
Stanley Krzysiak 3rd – :
This product was smaller than anticipated. Great for smaller hands though! (I wear medium sized gloves.) I returned and bought a slightly larger ball.
sharmon – :
I bought this for my husband who suffers from tinnitus & back problems. We received the roller ball a few days ago & he loves it! I wish I would’ve found it a long time ago! He was impressed with how long it stayed cold too.
Peter G. – :
Improvement over typical ice pack. May buy another soon.
Spikes Mom – :
My son plays college football and I purchased these for him to help his shin splints. It helped relieve the pain after practices and games, however best treatment for shin splints is rest from activity- which he couldn’t do.
The Horror Miser Monty G – :
This massage ball is amazing. Better than expected. It gets really cold and stays cold and massages deep muscles relieving pain. It’s great for my back pain and my husbands tendonitis. We love it!
sarah s – :
Easy to use and works as advertised. Certainly a more cost effective option than others out there and my daughter uses every day.
Khalifa A. – :
It’s got a great plastic grip that doesn’t get too cold, which is nice. I had rotator cuff repair surgery, and six months out, this helps relax my shoulder after a long day. Highly recommend.
robert grover – :
Love it….very easy to use. Cold massage without the mess. 2 hrs in the freezer provides ~10 minutes of continuously cold massages. Used it on my arm, shoulder, knee…highly recommended.
Mary Myers – :
I had been suffering form Shin Splits for the past few weeks. After using the product for the last three days, my pain has become tolerable. It has worked so well, I’ve used it on my children after their sports tournaments to prevent soreness.
Mary Ammian – :
Great for working out knots and for rehab after hard workouts…works great for plantar fasciitis on foot as well. My only negative is that I wish it was just a tad bit bigger…ifnit was just a lil bigger it would be a perfect 10 for all my needs, but it works fantastically at this time as is so I’d say it’s a 9 out of 10 for me.
William sims – :
This was a present for my daughter. She’s a teacher and softball coach. She loves it and it helps all her aches.
Lucas Hernandez – :
Tool is amazing for sore muscles. It’s easy to carry around and keeps cold for over an hour from the freezer. The ability to freeze is really covenient. Its metal surface doesn’t hurt either.
Ann Johns – :
My husband and I love this cold therapy roller ball! Amazingly reduced all the inflammation in my back after I tweaked it. It has brought great relief to hubby’s shoulder and knee. It was everything I needed and more as I’ve also found it great for tension headache pain relief in my shoulders and neck. Highly recommend!
Mary Sercu – :
This item arrived quickly and works just as described. Freezes fast, extremely cold, holds temp and doesn’t have the mess of a traditional ice massage. I use it for tendonitis in both arms.
atasha – :
Ball does not roll/glide smoothly and leaves a dark metallic residue on the skin
Brandon Wiley – :
Tried it on the area above my knee. Works great. I think the material to hold could be softer and perhaps the roller could move silently.
