Got this for my bathroom and it does a great job. Can also keep a small room fairly warm. Prongs on the back are adjustable to fit different outlets. The only complaint is that you are not supposed to leave it plugged in, even if it is turn off, and the timer only works to turn it off; you cannot use the timer to have it come on at a certain time.

We live in cold country. I have a new walkin tub and the alcove
sometimes needs extra heat. They have thought of everything
with this little heater. It works for sure. Also, I was pleasantly
surprised to see that the plug in rotates so that it can be plugged
into the outlet at another angle. Would make a great gift too.

This is a great little heater except that you can’t leave it on for more than 12 hours before having to restart it,

This is such a handy little heater and I love that you can set the temperature on it. When set it cycles on and off. I have an old house so no 3 prong plug ins so plugged into extension cord and put little 1/2 feet on bottom corners so it could get air in the bottom intake and it works perfectly.
Lorena Cascante Kopper – :
The instructions say not to use extension cords, but I have to use a surge protector simply because the unit will not fit in any outlets in the house except those in the kitchen and bathroom where I really do not need it. The heater works very well in the rooms where there was little or no heat because the furnace was not working. By the end of the day I usually had to turn off the heater because it was so warm.

Perfect for my 10×10 home office. I’m not trying to get the room really hot just take the chill out of the air. This isn’t going to heat up a room very quickly but I keep it near my desk and it gets me warm. I have also put it on and left the room for 10 minutss and whole room feels a bit warmer.
Tried it in my bathroom today and worked great there too! This would be perfect for an office where you aren’t supposed to have a space heater bc you can easily hide it!

Nice little heater with plenty of heat for small spaces! I couldn’t use for what I intended (to keep a tiny room heated for winter) as it will turn off after a day. You have to reset the on/off switch daily! Nowhere is this mentioned in the description! With this heater my water pipes will freeze 😥
Benson – :
Works great to keep our bathroom warm in the winters! We’re in an old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere without central heating and air so when winter comes we use a wood burning stove, but for places it doesn’t reach, these small things pack a punch.

Good for taking the chill out of the air but should not be relied upon for larger spaces or extreme cold. I only needed to heat a small area so it worker wonderfully for me. The only concern I have is that it was a bit too noisy for me to be able to sleep with but that may just be me.

Loved it ! Heats up my room very well. Very satisfied with this purchase. My dog loves it too

I like the concept of the item. Compact, no cord, instant heat. But the promised heat for 250 sq feet is overly ambitious. You really need to be next to it to benefit from the heat. So if you are going to use it at say an office desk it would be helpful. I was trying to supplement my overall heat in one of those “chilly corners” of the bedroom room without the cord mess I have had in the past. Yup – just a corner. And it couldn’t handle it. Also note that it is a bit noisy compared to more traditional corded ceramic heaters I have had.

We purchased this heater as and emergency heater in case our furnace went out and we had to wait for a repair man. We’d just plug it in to a couple key rooms in the house and hunker down.
We tried it out with the recent cold Wisconsin weather. My results indicate one unit will keep a 10′ x 15′ room warm enough to be comfortable. Don’t expect it to heat the whole house unless you have a bunch of them. It appears to be the perfect solution for an emergency situation, just hope to not need them.

Works good in my small bathroom.. keeping the thermostat on 60……..using this to keep my plumbing from freezing. Has Low and High blower functions……..Will turn off automatically…….
Dorrie Monnie – :
this does give a fair amount of heat considering its wattage.
I’d say you can’t heat up a small room with this if you’re trying to go from 60 to 70 for example.
I would think maybe 3-4 degrees in a few hours and it would keep it steady at that temp.
I have another corded low wattage heater and it performs the same as this one.
this one has temp settings which is nice, it was 3 dollars more in price.
the cord version lets me put heat where I want, this makes me put me where it wants!
but, it’s nice to have a quick plug in and warm things up a bit.
the electric bill should not be so impacted with such a low wattage.
this is built pretty solid.
for the money a good buy. I’d expect years from this.
if this dies, I will update my review.

When I got this, I was stuck in an assisted living nightmare where my room would drop into the 50’s at night. They made a friend of mine take my heater away so I ordered this and was able to hide it except when I needed it. It probably saved me from freezing to death until I escaped that hell hole.

This little heater works pretty well! I bought it for a little greenhouse we have, where I use to leave food, water and beds for the feral cats and other animals in Fall and Winter. I didn’t want to put a big heater there, because the animals could be burned if they touch it, and also because those heaters are very noisy and dangerous; so, this was the perfect solution for me. This heater is not very noisy, I plug it higher, so the animals cannot touch it. Feral cats and other wild animals now can go tom the greenhouse and eat and feel warm and cozy, and also be safe. The heater has a timer, so I don’t need to leave the house and turn it off, it stops by itself. Nice buy! I like it!

Few things. I bought 2 of these cause I have a super small 2 bedroom home 580sq ft. I use a 1250w-High/850w-Low Infrared fire place and a radiator style heater on 600w setting to heat my entire home. I usually run 1850w’s to heat my home. With 1 of these in my bathroom, and one in my bedroom I can be sure my pipes wont freeze in my bathroom and neighboring kitchen, and on the other side of the house shut my bedroom door and use the other to keep me warm at night. Zone controlled heating for 800w! Cant beat that. Its 26 degrees F outside in Detroit today, I’ll for sure have to supplement with one of my other heaters but this will still save me money.
Pros
– Heavy weight durable construction
– Swivel plug for upside down use
– Makes a good amount of heat
– Is fairly quiet for a heater (heatproof fan bearings that are cheap typically are loud. These arent that loud because its a small 80mm fan)
Cons
– It has sort of a plastic smell, But both my other infrared fireplaces had that for the first few days so im almost sure it will go away
– Apparently after 12 hours it just shuts off, I just unwrapped mine so I havent had this happen, if it does its a con (working on a way to hardwire it)
– When you shut it off then back on the thermostat goes to 90 degrees F (work around for this if you want to use it remotely, is to not care about the 90 degree F on the thermostat and buy a 20$ plugin thermostat from homedepot.)
you plug anything into it below 10 amps and set the dial thermostat to whats comfortable, it will turn off power to this heater when its warm enough, then kick it back on when its cooling back down. All you need to do is leave the red power switch on. It wont matter that this heaters thermostat is set to 90 because your plugin one will kill power before that. Then if you wanna use a Wifi outlet for the plugin thermostat from home depot you can without worry of fire. It will also work if you are annoyed by the pesky 12 hour shut off and still wanna utilize the 350w heater for its power savings.

I’m kind of surprised at all the negative reviews for this product. I have several of these heaters, and I got the first one over a year ago. They have several nice features, such as auto shut off, 2 speed fan, and thermostatic control. They are low wattage, which is a mixed blessing. You can plug them in anywhere, and not worry about tripping a breaker. But they definitely won’t heat a big space. If you have a small office, they work great. I pack one in my suitcase and plug it in the motel bathroom to keep it toasty warm. They work best as supplemental heat, I wouldn’t use it as a primary heat source. But it’s perfect for the little chilly room that the main heat pump just doesn’t keep as warm as the rest of the house, or the bathroom that’s a little too chilly.

Given to my wife as a Christmas gift. She loves it. She likes how small it is and how well it heats her craft room. She likes the thermostat.
Todd R. – :
This is a perfect little heater that get the job done. 4 out of 5 stars due to the fact that the there is no plug and no way to stand up. The bottom of the unit must have enough clearance below for the air inlet. This leaves you limited to the height placement of the plugs and not being capable to use with an extension cord to place on a table or floor. As long as you have plugs pointed the way you plan to direct the heat, and you have clearance below, these are perfect heaters.

We have a very small bathroom that is not well insulated and is freezing in the winter. This heater is perfect for keeping our tushys warm 😛 I love the fact that you can rotate the plug to fit different orientated sockets! I will say that the fan is pretty loud, but it doesn’t bother me.

Works ok. Heats up a very small area. I use it in my office and have to put it almost next to my chair to feel it. If you are more than 4-5 feet away, you won’t feel it. It is very noisy though which is problematic since I’m not supposed to have a heater in the office… I like the auto-off function.
United1981 – :
It is small and handy and it has taken the chill of the air when winter hit a bit too soon. I haven’t had the opportunity to use it enough though in different locations to see how fast or warm it makes different size areas.
I used it in our general living space and it took the “edge of coldest” out the room as we waited for a warm fire to kick the furnace on.
I anticipate that it will heat up the smaller bedrooms just fine and be used as a supplement to the cold nights.
