Dissapointing. I have made two recipes from the inclosed cookbook & one of my own. In each instance the brownies & lemon bars stuck to the pan. I will have to try Pam on the next go around.

I liked that it clearly divided the brownie dough into clear sections and that I could customize with just chocolate or with nuts – BUT the cooper metal section did not come out easily and cleanly. I ran a knife around each section, but each square was somewhat messy. I thought it would slide out cleanly. Also cleaning around each section of the copper divided wasn’t easy either. The dishwasher did take care of the rest.

Works best when you spray the pan and pan divider up from all angles with cooking spray. Don’t be like the idiot reviewers on Youtube and try to use the divider after cooking. You pour your batter in the pan, then put in the divider, then cook. Let it cool before lowering it on to the stand but don’t leave it too long and let it harden and adhere to the pan. I usually do 10-15 minutes after cooking depending on what I’m baking or if I have cooling fans etc. If it’s like really fudgey brownies then you might need to carefully use a knife to separate them from the pan so they don’t break. This also works great for rice krispie treats and stuff that doesn’t even need baking. Everything always comes out perfect and symmetrical.

I ordered cautiously because of the bad reviews, now I’m glad I DID…I just got it last week, used it twice and it’s worked perfectly. I don’t think it’s flimsy at all. It arrived very well packed. I use the Pam baking spray like I do in everything I bake and it worked great.
THIS IS A FOLLOW UP….I just bought a second one for my friend who loved using mine and she’s a baker. We both love it and tomorrow is her birthday, so I bought one for her.

Love this for brownies but it’s not that easy to clean.

I sprayed olive oil spray before pouring batter in and brownies were easy to remove. It’s easy to clean and I love being able to make a batch and a half in one pan instant of having to use two.

We have the original Perfect Brownie Pan but we couldn’t find it, so we Bought the this Red Copper Brownie Pan, and we said to each other we will find the other Brownie pan after we get this one, sure enough we did, we remembered it’s in the oven in our camper so it will stay there and we’ll keep the new in the house.
So far it’s just as good as the perfect Brownie pan, it’s perfect for making Brownies already cut and ready to eat.

If you wanna try a good Brownie try making Brownies using Coca Cola buy substituting the water with Coke, I use Cherry Coke and it’s outta this world.
It’s a non stick pan and it works great the Brownies don’t stick and come right out.
If you love Brownies you’ll love this pan.

I sprayed the whole tray and divider with Pam baking spray (maybe too much?) The brownies were bubbling toward end of cooking cycle and came out with bubbles on the top and very powdery – not typical? Anyone have suggestions? They were kind of weird.
