Wow, I really didn’t expect these to be such great lights but they’re very bright, well made and pretty sensitive to motion. They’re also tough! I dropped both of them onto cement from a height of 7-8 feet and just knew I’d ruined the first one but it still worked. I did the same with the second one (I don’t know why, but I can’t hold something with one hand, a screw with another hand and a screwdriver with my third hand) but I wasn’t as concerned and sure enough it worked perfectly. In fact, a little too perfectly. The second one is on the front of the house and can be triggered at night by passing cars. We’ve also had a few heavy rains and the lights still work. If anything changes I’ll update this review but for now I’ll be ordering at least two more sets.

So exceeded my expectations – installed them around 3:30pm today it was partly cloudy until about 4 then we got some nice sun until 8:30-9pm. I didn’t think they would have charged enough to work tonight but when I came home both were working. I’m sure they aren’t even at full brightness yet because they haven’t had a full days of sun yet, but they were a lot brighter than I thought and the motion sensor works great. Pics do not show how bright they are for the size of them. Still working hours later – very impressed.

Great lights. I installed them with outdoor double sided tape and they seem very secure. If I were to do it again I would have mounted them higher. I put them waste high so it didn’t shine in my eyes. The motion detection works well and there is good light for the stairs on the side of the house. I may buy a few more so the whole side is covered.

While I haven’t mounted these in their final position yet … they work exactly as advertised and are very bright. And, they seem well designed / constructed (spoken from the point of view of my being a mechanical engineer with over 30 years working as one). Just one illuminates the whole area of our outside deck where I often use our grill – in the dark no more! I’ve tried all the functions and – yup – good to go. Will probably leave in the “dim unless sensing motion then on for 15 seconds” mode … and, if motion continues, it stays on (e.g. doesn’t shut off after 15 seconds and have to resense). No doubt I’ve gotten my money’s worth.

Loving these lights!! Bought these lights to light up very dark area on the side of our house. Installed these lights today right as the sun was setting so I had a chance to see them in action. Even without me charging them they worked right out of the box and were very very bright. The sensor range is excellent and they detect movement very well especislly considering that I have the mounted about 8 to 9 feet off the ground and they even detect movement from my dogs. The last thing I noticed is that these light comes on without delay once movement is detected. It’s worth noting that I also have a litom led solar light which doesn’t even come close to these lights in terms of sensor sensitivity/detection, build quality, or design.

The lights are great! I have them set to be dim and when it detects motion they kick in. Really impressed how much light these things put out. Recomend buying if your on the market for solar powered security lights!!

I started with two, and mounted on gutters at the front of the house. The dim light is helpful, but the full light is as bright as a normal light. I have a sidewalk beyond my driveway, and the light did often go off due to cars or pedestrians and there’s no adjustment on the device, so I stuck a bit of cardboard to cover the top of the sensor, and now it’s great. It’s summer, and lasts all night on the setting where it’s always dim, and 15 seconds of full for every movement.
So now I bought another two for the backyard, I’m sure they’ll be just as useful.
One tip to connect them to your gutters is to just grab two binder clips, and clip them to the gutter. One of each clip’s handles goes through the light’s mounting slot, and then I used a cable tie to make it secure.
